What is the process?
Once you have signed up one of our Social Success Managers will get in touch to discuss your businesses strategy, brand & goals. We will provide linking instructions Once we have a clear picture of your business, our in-house Social Pro's team will start to create content for your social feeds along with branding your profiles. We will provide the initial content for feedback; you can either approve, request edits or reject the social media posts.
When will I start to be charged?
You will not be charged until the first initial delivery of posts has been sent to you for approval. The billing cycle each month goes from the day the first post goes live on your social media.
Do you setup social media accounts?
Yes, our Social Pro's can create new social media accounts for you on all networks for no additional charge. When onboarding speak to your Social Success Manager who will choose the best networks for your business based on your ideal customers.
What does the Online Manager do?
Through the Online Manager you can link your businesses social feeds to us, upload useful materials such as logos, pictures and video we can use for your social medias or request a photoshoot. As well as approve content before it goes live or schedule your own posts.
How do I link my accounts for your access?
Our Online Manager portal gives you instructions on how to share access for all platforms. We have direct partnerships with most networks allowing us access without a password.
Will I be notified for renewals?
Yes, you'll receive an email notification to warn you. You can also downgrade or cancel any time.
